Mariska Shrives is the managing director for Shrives Incorporated. She is an admitted attorney and conveyancer in the High Court of South Africa, specializing in Debt Collection, Property Law and Law of Contract. She holds an LLB degree (University of Pretoria), LLM degree [Law of Contract] (University of Pretoria) & was admitted as an Attorney & Notary in South Africa in 2005. Mariska’s practice covers all aspects of commercial and contractual litigation, with a specific focus on property litigation, consumer law and credit disputes.Mariska advises corporate clients from a wide range of industries, including property development and construction, retail, medical practices, financial institutions and government and organs of state. She also oversees a thriving estate agency called 3%.com Properties at our branch in Stellenbosch. Mariska also assist clients with all aspects of notarial work, including ante-nuptial contracts and other notarial deeds.
